How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 5–12 business days. Shipping is limited to the USA, so timelines stay predictable. Once the package leaves our facility, a tracking email lands straight in the inbox.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping isn’t available at the moment. Standard delivery is priced at $1.99, while express delivery is available for $4.99. All shipping costs are clearly shown before checkout, so the final total stays exactly as expected, with no hidden fees.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. After inspection and approval, refunds go back to the original payment method.

Are products covered by a warranty?
Products currently do not include a warranty. If an order arrives with an issue, email support@kitchlyshop.com and the team will work toward a fair solution.

Can an order be changed or canceled?
